Product Noize ("we", "us") is a music licensing service for product builders. We collect only what we need to deliver your downloads and process payments. We don't sell your data.

What we collect

  • Email address — provided when you download a free MP3, purchase a WAV or stems pack, or subscribe to our newsletter. Used to deliver download links and send occasional track announcements.
  • Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • Uploaded media — video or photo files you submit through the Remix tool. Stored temporarily for up to 3 days to render and deliver your remix, then deleted.
  • Usage data — page views and interaction events collected via PostHog to help us understand how the product is used. No personally identifiable information is attached to these events unless you are logged in.
  • IP address — used for rate limiting abuse prevention. Not stored beyond the current calendar day.

How we use your data

  • To send you the file you requested (MP3 download link, WAV, stems, or remix)
  • To send occasional announcements about new tracks (you can unsubscribe at any time by replying "unsubscribe")
  • To process and record your purchase via Stripe
  • To prevent abuse of our free download and remix tools
